Friendly, Safe and Well-Kept
Nature walks satisfy the soul, social interaction fosters a sense of belonging and well-kept homes shelter friendly families. Sixteen thoughtfully designed neighborhoods distinguish Carriage Trails, as does a parkway that travels its length. Of its 700 acres, 100 are devoted to natural space – lakes, a creek and expanses of green. Each neighborhood is designed to care for the land and people, keeping both safe and healthy.
Site Plan
The birds-eye view of Carriage Trails presented below displays how the main parkway travels through the development and how each neighborhood fits into the community. Each neighborhood will have it's own distinctive feeling of home.
